Pork Baby Back Ribs
Baby Back Ribs are a true treat that contains such a unique succulent flavor. We apply our dry rub and smoke these gems low and slow for 4 - 5 hours until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. Baby Backs tend to contain more meat and less fat than Spare Ribs so be prepared for their unique texture.

Various items on our menu many contain Dairy Milk, Soybeans, Peanuts, Shellfish, Fish, Tree Nuts, Eggs, MSG, Wheat and Gluten.

Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Seafood and all menu items are cooked in the same smoker. At times, we utilize Pecan wood and other nut tree woods in our smoker during our cooking process.
During our cooking process we utilize a variety of cooking oils to include but not limited to Lard (pig fat), Beef Tallow (beef fat) and Butter (contains Milk). We utilize Turkey, Chicken & Beef Broth in our cooking process. Our seasonings may also contain various items listed above.
Meats ground in-house may contain meat cuts, fat cuts and trimmings from various animal sources.
