North Carolina Traditional Whole Hog Pulled Pork Barbecue
Southern-style pig roasts are our specialty. We start with a 150 pound, North Carolina raised, farm fresh hog, and smoke it slowly for 12 - 14 hrs. Pulled, chopped, and seasoned with our traditional, homemade, Very Vinegar Sauce.

Turkey Breast
Tender and juicy turkey breast is left in the smoker until golden brown. Just a touch of salt and other spices enhance the natural flavor of this staple meat.

Angus Beef Dino Ribs
Barbecue connoisseurs all know Beef Dino Ribs are the KING OF BARBECUE! The BIG brother of Prime Beef Brisket, this Angus Entree is a rare find. 8 hours on the smoker produces an amazing bark with juices flowing on the inside. Flavors released from the bone marrow permeate the meat and contribute to the tenderness and unique taste.

Pork Spare Ribs
Our Pork Spare Ribs are coated with a dry rub then slow smoked with a blend of oak & hickory wood for 4 hours. Our ribs are flavorful and tender and the meat pulls away from the bone just the way it is supposed to. Like all of our meats, our ribs are served NAKED. Our ribs don't need sauce to be amazing!

Chicken
Seasoned and smoked with fruit woods. We offer whole chickens, leg quarters and bone-in, skin on chicken breast. Either way the result is crispy skin and tender meat.

Prime Beef Brisket
Our USDA Prime Grade Angus Beef Brisket is pepper crusted and cooked low and slow for a long 12-14 hours. Crispy on the outside, yet juicy and flavorful on the inside, this dish is sure to please. Proper slicing separates the point from the flat exposing a beautiful smoke ring. It will pass the jiggle test, the bend test as well as the pull test!

Various items on our menu many contain Dairy Milk, Soybeans, Peanuts, Shellfish, Fish, Tree Nuts, Eggs, MSG, Wheat and Gluten.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Seafood and all menu items are cooked in the same smoker. At times, we utilize Pecan wood and other nut tree woods in our smoker during our cooking process.

During our cooking process we utilize a variety of cooking oils to include but not limited to Lard (pig fat), Beef Tallow (beef fat) and Butter (contains Milk). We utilize Turkey, Chicken & Beef Broth in our cooking process. Our seasonings may also contain various items listed above.

Meats ground in-house may contain meat cuts, fat cuts and trimmings from various animal sources. 

Please discuss any allergy concerns, religious or dietary restrictions with our management staff before placing your order and we will do our best to give you ingredient information on any menu item.
